<Oil Mill>

 

 

Storage

 

 The seeds which come from our partners are kept in silos.

Then, they're analysed in order to check their conformity with organic and edible standards.

 

 

Trituration

 

The seeds are cleaned,become flattened , crushed by our pressing machines.

From this trituration, we obtain first cold pressing organic oil,

but also cattle cake used for organic animal food. 

 

 

Filtration

 

The oils are roughly filtered, once through a cloth filter,

and filtered at 1 micron with filter paper before bottling.

 

 

 

 

 

<Bottling>

 

 

 

Tank Room 

 

All made of inox (ideal material to preserve oils in the best condition)

Tank room ( like the other bottling room) is controled with constant temperature.

 

 

 

Filtering

 

A very important policy in our company, all of the oils are carefuly filterd before bottling.

This technical operation ensures the best quality of products possible

and adds an extra clearness to the oil that we commercialize.

 

 

Packaging

 

We mainly use glass bottles, clear or dark square or round.

But also, we pack the oils in 200kg or 1000L IBC.

 

 

 

Supply within our factory

 

In order to protect ourselves totally against GMO or allergens risks

and to prevent oils fro being mixed,

different pipelines are used to supply each machine with the various oil.

 

 

<In Spain>

 

Two production sites in which we participate financially, 

Oil mills - Alcubilla (Organic extra virgin oil) and La Mata(conventional oils).
